I believe, really, truly and deeply that Yoga can help you shine. Bright.
How? Why? Isn't Yoga about meditating, and quietening down the mental chatter. Isn't it serious? About Sanskrit and chanting? And of course, Nag Champa Incense?
Well, yes to all of the above.
However, after many years of teaching and practising Yoga I believe that it has many tools and tricks for us to shine bright. To clear the lens through which we see life, to recognise and be able to clear or learn from obstacles that are presented to us on our path.
When I read, study, contemplate, meditate, sit, breathe, do Pranayama, Asana, I feel so shiny and sparkly.
