The Coffee Sessions is a way for students to take more Yoga home. Often students are looking for ways to incorporate more Yoga into their life, maybe its that great feeling after class thats the nudge!! Wink wink.
We are so fortunate as there are many paths to Yoga, 7 to be precise, and they are broad. In our modern life, we are sometimes led to think that our "Yoga" is the stretchy, handstand, twisty postures and that's it!
Well, I'm happy to let you know that there are many avenues to bring some of that magic and sparkle you feel on the mat, home with you.
Here's how the Coffee Sessions work:
We will arrange a day and time to get together for Coffee (yes or Chai or even Tea!). For an hour we will sit together I will ask you a variety of questions, and we will chat about where you are, how you might like to feel, if there's any practices that you feel drawn to and would like to dive into. This is very relaxed, its not like a test or an exam. Its really a space for me to get to know you, enjoy some coffee and talk about you and Yoga.
After our Coffee together, I will go home and over the next few days put together some recommendations and email this to you. These are for you to play with, to dive into if you like, to journal about and generally an opportunity to go deeper into your practice.

The Coffee Sessions take place over an hour at a Coffee Shop/Cafe.
$88 (paypal or bank deposit)
Our coffee each, 1 hour of 1:1 attention, a PDF with your recommendations and suggestions for home practice. This will include some of the following: Asana, Mantra, Pranayama, Asana, Poetry, Music, Mudras, Meditation and inspiration from the Yoga Sutras, Radiance Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita.
